Pai’Bella Policies

Payment Policy: 
Pai’Bella will accept Cash, Credit cards, Debit cards, PayPal and also there “Buy Now, Pay Later Options” with Afterpay. We will also accept online purchases and provide delivery with companies such as UPS, USPS, FedEx and more.  

No deposits are required to book. It is required to have a valid card to hold your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee of  $50. 


Return Policy:

Sales are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for credit or a refund. 


Shipping Policy:

Shipments will be sent out on day the order is placed if received by 5pm. If your order is placed after 5pm, the order will be shipped out on the following day. All orders are shipped and received sighing 3-5 days.




Your communications with Pai’Bella Cosmetics will only be viewed by us and anyone authorized by the customer. However, as system operators, we may need to view your account to monitor your electronic subscription and other communications from time to time. We will not have access to your card information once its logged into the system, only the last 4 digits, expiration date, and full name. Third parties do not have access to our files nor system, so you will have rights to your privacy in any of our communications.
